This resource website was created by Burst for Prosperity, an initiative sponsored by Children's Home Society of Washington. Based in South King County, Burst is dedicated to providing low-income individuals with the opportunity to pursue self employment as a way of achieving  a higher quality of life.

Burst has developed this clearinghouse website as a resource for new and expanding business owners. The development of this site is made possible through a partnership with the Washington State Microenterprise Association  as well as community partners like BECU, Enterprise Cascadia, Community Capital Development, Washington CASH and many others. These organizations know how difficult it can be for you, the new business owner, to find the right information at the time when you need it. They know, your success depends on it!
